The 16 ¼" x 17 ¾ ” pattern will take roughly one square yard of wool fabric, as shown*. The 22” x 24” will take roughly two square yards of wool fabric. This will vary based on many factors and will vary for each hooker. The pattern includes general instructions on this pattern and an inspirational color image.
